Shipping policy

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Wyld Wear delivers within Australia & also World wide. If you only have a P.O Box available for deliveries, your package will be delivered by Australia Post and you will also be provided a tracking number. 
All other Australia wide deliveries are sent through our shipping partner Sendle.

ORDER PROCESSING

You will receive an email confirmation once you have placed your order. Please keep this as a proof of purchase and a means of your receipt for your order. Your order will be packaged and sent out within 48 hours of us receiving the order confirmation.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of purchase date – We strive to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days if standard and 1-3 days if express shipping is selected.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND POSTAGE AND DELIVERY DATES CAN VARY DUE TO LOCATION AND CARRIER DELAYS.

DELIVERY PRICES

Standard delivery Australia Wide is free for any priced item
Express delivery Australia Wide is an additional $10 minimum (depending on the size of your order)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

Standard delivery Worldwide is an additional $20 minimum (depending on the size of your order)
Some parcels sent internationally will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to deliver the parcel to you. Please check the relevant Custom laws in your country before placing your order. Wyld Candles will not be liable to pay such fees and we will not be responsible for the refusal for delivery of your parcel in your country.

ENQUIRIES AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER

If you need to change your address after you have placed your order and you have not yet received a tracking number or confirmation that your order has been shipped, you are able to change your address by emailing us at info@wyldwear.com.au
